Program

Our program is a multi-day course combining classroom learning and open water sessions. We incorporate the Level 1 Freediving Instructors International (FII) course for the diving component. Like FII, we take a personalized approach – there are no mandatory depth requirements or breath-hold times. Instead, we meet you where you are, allowing you to discover the tranquility of freediving at your own pace.

Your wellbeing is our highest priority. Our mental health team provides one-on-one check-ins throughout the program, ensuring each participant receives individualized support. Every session is customized to accommodate both group dynamics and individual needs.

Safety remains paramount in everything we do, supported by our commitment to creating an encouraging and inclusive environment where you can explore freediving with confidence.

Why FII

A freediving practice guided by FII-certified instructors offers a uniquely therapeutic approach to mental health and wellness. FII's curriculum emphasizes proper breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gradual skill progression, creating an ideal foundation for those seeking emotional regulation and stress management through underwater meditation. The organization's structured yet adaptable teaching methodology prioritizes safety while fostering self-awareness – a crucial combination for mental health applications. By learning freediving through FII's proven protocols, participants develop not just underwater confidence, but also valuable tools for managing anxiety, improving focus, and finding tranquility through the profound mind-body connection that freediving cultivates.
